About Dr Samantha Hunt

Sam moved to Hampshire in 2004 to take up a Consultant post in Portsmouth where she led the psoriasis and biologics service for 11 years. She took up her current Consultant post in Winchester in 2015 to work closer to home and look after her young family.

Sam is the Head of Department in Winchester and leads the psoriasis and biologics service as before. She is also the lead for skin cancer and skin surgery. Sam has a keen interest in education and teaching and frequently lectures to students, GPs, other physicans, nurses and also to the general public as part of her sun education awareness work.
